PROCESSING TIME
Every Pawforge tag is custom 3D-printed to order. Most orders are printed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

SHIPPING RATES
- Free shipping on orders over $35 CAD
- Flat rate $5.99 CAD on orders under $35

DELIVERY TIME
We ship via Canada Post. Typical delivery within Canada is 3-7 business days after shipping.

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA ONLY
We currently ship to Canadian addresses only. We're working on expanding to the United States.

ORDER TRACKING
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email when your order ships. Please note that lettermail shipments may not include tracking information.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days, please contact us at hello@pawforge.ca and we'll investigate and make it right.
