Return & Refund Policy

CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS
Because every Pawforge tag is custom 3D-printed to your specifications, we cannot accept returns for change of mind (wrong color choice, name spelling, etc.). Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE TAGS
If your tag arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match what you ordered, contact us within 14 days at hello@pawforge.ca with a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

QUALITY GUARANTEE
We guarantee the quality of every tag. If your tag breaks, cracks, or the text wears off during normal use within 3 months of purchase, we'll replace it at no charge. Just email us a photo.

REFUND PROCESS
Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days and returned to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
